How do I create envelopes for a mass mailing from my microsoft labels?
I currently have a mass mailing I do…I’m wonder how to use the labels I have already made in Microsoft Word 2003…template number 8160, and instead of print them on labels…I would like to print them on envelopes to get rid of the need for the labels. What is the best way to go about this?
Labels may require more handling, but printers are notoriously bad when printing envelopes. Stick with the 8160 format.
If you still want to print envelopes, you’re going to have to create a completely different merge document with the dimensions, etc. of the envelope, one envelope per page The label one won’t do at all. You can still use the address database, though.
