Is it worth buying Nokia 5800 Xpress Music at a hefty price nokia is offering?
I understand there are plenty of problems faced by customers who purchased nokia 5800 and nokia has not helped them to overcome the problems.Only Users of Nokia 5800 may express their views please.
Alternatively should one wait for Nokia 5230 or Nokia 5530 which will be released in Jan 2010
I have been using 5800 over 2 months now without any problem at all, the price is totally justified and worth every penny. It has got everything you could ask for and best in the class music leaving behind even ipod touch check out this-

Both 5230 and 5530 are toned down version of 5800 and all three run on same o.s ie s60 v5, I think there is no reason to choose 52.. or 55.. over 5800.
You mentioned that 5800 has problems, yes it has, which phone does have a problem? more over this is more to do with the number of 5800 users ie nokia has sold over 8 million units till date and still going strong and add to that it was released just a week ago in Russia on 05/12/09, with that many 5800 users its normal that fraction of them have some problem with this device. Its not like nokia has sold it and forgot it, they have been updating its firmware ever since its release eventually minimizing the problems with each update.
I Think 5800 is one of the best phone to come out of nokia stables, Just buy it.
Trust me it won’t disappoint you..
