Do i have to wait in line to mail my priority mail flat rate box?

I am new to ebay and the whole shipping thing, and i have a flat rate box that i already printed out my own shipping label from paypal for. Do i have to go to the post office and wait in that long annoying line just to hand it to them, or is there another way? Thanks.

If the postage is already on it, you could just hand it to your local letter carrier, or drop it into a regular PO box.
Many post offices now have automated kiosks in the lobby, where you can have the proper postage printed out, along with any other services for the package, including delivery confirmation and/or insurance. Then you just drop it into the attached bin.
