why in uae sharjah they have loadshading shortage of electricity? If anyone knows then please tell me?
i am really fed up with the shortage of electricity in uae sharjah i dont know is that happen they have charged so much for electricity bills and they didnt supply us facilities well not any uae other city have electricity shortage problem not even ajman only sharjah has it.if anyone knows the reason please tell me.
They charge 10K for the mandatory cooking gas line , which is not the case in other emirates . As for Ajman they get their power from FEWA

True , but they may also be telling the truth because these power-grids are computer controlled , and whenever some component burns out (thanks to our weather) the computer for safety reasons shuts down the whole service area. There is already a link to transfer power between emirates , to avoid any power shedding scenario, but that is of no use if the local power feed has been shut off by the computer .
What they said on TV tonight is that most of Sharjah residential areas were affected. What they need to do is build a backup (redundant) power grid just like Dubai did.
Difference is Sharjah would rather spend the money on profitable thing like Air Arabia rather than public utilities … .
And they got a lot of federal funding this year that money will take time to show up as public projects.

on the Radio one official from Sharjah said they are already using up all the natural gas they have.for the power generation, Its not much I guess.
