Should I sell bags of Tootsie Roll Frooties at my university?
Hi, I am sophomore at the University of Illinois and I want to make some extra money on the side without getting an hourly job, because I am going to be pretty busy next semester as the Vice President of a student organization. I was thinking that since my classes and lectures halls can often be big (300+), I could easily sell bags of frooties for 1 dollar. When I was in high school people used to make pretty good money selling them. But in highschool they had 8 class periods to sell, while in college I only average about 3 classes a day. So should I sell them, they are pretty cheap to buy wholesale where I live?
If your really going to make good money than yeah go for it. You should start off with a small batch and see if people want it before you buy alot. Its safer than selling drugs. By the way… You know from the moment you do this you will be forever known as the toosie roll guy. Just making sure you know that.
