I bought a Stealth JT paintball marker, sometimes it randomly goes into rapid fire, only using air. Help?

My new Stealth JT paintball marker keeps randomly going into rapid fire, fully auto, just shooting air, which wastes it a lot. I don’t know whether it was caused by a paintball exploding in a chamber, or the paintball exploding was caused by the rapid fire, but they seem to come hand in hand. After it happened the first time, it was cleaned and we discovered that one of the seal things near where the stock goes in was broken (I think there was three). I don’t know if it came like that, but it does that rapid fire thing frequently. Within maybe an hour, it did it twice, the second time I just left it because I knew it’d do it again. If you know what it is, and/or how to fix it, please tell me. I’d like answers from people who have experienced this, or just people with a good knowledge of it.

Alright simply problem there can be three possible things wrong with your marker. 1) the o ring is broken, the o ring it is that seal you said was broken. Breaking an o ring is a faily common problem i personally expierienced it a two dozen or so times. O rings are fairly cheap and most paintball stores or online stores sell them buy a new set and just replace the o ring. 2) problem number is that your air tank is low when the air tank drops below a certain pressure(running low on air) the mechanisms in the marker cant handle the ultra low pressure and thus fail resulting in that “auto fire” problem. solution is refill your tank3) the screw, bolts and nuts on the marker are lose. the lose srews and such cause a faulty seal and thus allows the air to flow from the tank through the gun and out the cracks once again the low pressure is causing the failure of the mechanisms. tighten all the hardware…….. I honestly think your tank is low however the o ring is definatly a contributing factor and needs to be changed before you do any permanent damage to your gun as well check all your bolts and screws
